NOMA Angel Tree on Tinsel Trail

A memorial to loved ones lost after substance use
Picture
For the ninth year, Not One More Alabama (NOMA) is participating in the annual Tinsel Trail with its iconic Angel Tree that memorializes those who have died as a result of alcohol, substance use disorder or accidental overdose.

The 2025 Tinsel Trail opens November 28th and continues until December 31, 2025 at Big Spring Park in downtown Huntsville. It is one of the region's most popular tourist destinations during the holidays. Local businesses, organizations, groups and families sponsor and decorate live Christmas trees that are displayed along the beautiful and historic Big Spring Park.

Each year NOMA's flagship Angel Tree is one of the largest on Tinsel Trail and is adorned with images of loved ones lost to overdose or addiction. It is our mission to provide families with an opportunity to memorialize the life of a family member taken by this epidemic.

It is our hope that the Angel Tree will stand as a reminder that addiction crosses all barriers and impacts everyone. The Angel Tree is visited by hundreds of people during the holidays and provides a place of comfort for families to honor and remember their loved one.
