NOMA is Hiring!

Not One More Alabama (NOMA) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Director of Development to join our team in making a meaningful impact in the fight against substance use disorders. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate leader to guide our fundraising efforts, build sustainable donor relationships, and grow our programs that support families and individuals affected by addiction.

As the Director of Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to expand our donor base, oversee a Capital Campaign and drive community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet NOMA’s financial goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate annual End Addiction walk and Cars for a Cause fundraiser.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fundraising or development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • A passion for supporting families impacted by substance use disorders.
