End Addiction HSV is more than a walk.
- It is an opportunity for people to connect with resources and other individuals who have lived similar experiences.
- It is a place for families to remember loved-ones lost to accidental overdose or addiction. Many bring photos and write messages on a Memorial Wall.
- It is a FREE Community Event. Everyone is invited to join us.
- It is an opportunity to receive FREE NALOXONE and training to use the overdose reversing drug.
Katie Tidmore's lyrics are a personal journey from the depths of despair to using her voice to help others. An example is her 2024 single "This Time." Visit Katie's YouTube channel for more of her amazing music.
Thank you Volunteers for making 2025 a success!

Resources
More than 40 treatment, recovery and support organizations set up tables around the beautiful Big Spring and shared information about services available to individuals and families who are impacted by addiction.
For the second year, Frogg Toggs provided cooling towels on a first-come/first-serve basis, and Cooper Climate Control provided a cooling tent!
Recovery Circle
Recovery gives us a reason to celebrate and inspires HOPE. The Recovery Circle has become an important, emotional part of the End Addiction Walk. Whether you've been in recovery for 40 years or one day, we have a coin for you and celebrate your sobriety. With each milestone, the circle expands and hope grows for those living or seeking a life in recovery.
What else?
Always popular are Conscious Ink tattoos. We appreciate the discount they give us each year as a contribution to the walk.
Plus, this year we had new props for the photo op area. Photos will be posted soon.

Thanks to everyone who shared photos of their loved-ones on the memorial wall. This year we also had a selection of large hearts that many used to add a message to honor loved ones.
A Look at End Addiction HSV 2024
It was a HOT day in August last year but we all know that addiction does not take a "weather day." So people arrived at Big Spring Park in Huntsville for the 7th Annual End Addiction HSV Walk. We are so grateful for those who support Not One More Alabama and our mission to lift the stigma associated with substance use disorders and provide support for anyone impacted by the disease of addiction.
