Compass Intervention Center - Memphis, TN Compass Intervention Center provides residential and outpatient services to children and teens, ages 6 to 17, struggling with general psychiatric, substance use, or dual diagnosis disorders. (Tricare approved)
Cumberland Heights Adolescent Program (Arch Academy) - Nashville, TN - ARCH Academy (arch.org) helps boys, ages 14-18 with substance use disorder and other co-occurring illnesses like anxiety and depression. 6 month program
Elk River Treatment Program provides a therapeutic residential setting for boys and girls ages 12 - 18 that are struggling with mental health, behavioral and/or substance abuse disorders - commonly referred to as dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorders. Located on 120 acres in north Alabama, Elk River Treatment Programs provides around-the-clock supervision with therapeutic, medical and educational services facilitated by a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Foothills at Red Oak Recovery - provides a residential program for 14 to 17-year-olds males struggling with trauma, mental health, and substance use issues.
START - The START Program is an all-female, sixteen-bed residential drug rehabilitation program located in Fayette County AL, serving clients ages thirteen to eighteen. The program is operated under the auspices of the Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center and certified through the Alabama Department of Mental Health as an ASAM Level III.5 crisis residential adolescent treatment program.
Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center - Treatment for adolescents 12-17 years old males. 90 day Primary Residential Program in Oxford, MS
The Bridge - The Bridge provides substance use treatment and behavioral rehabilitation programs for adolescents (ages 12-18). All programs of The Bridge, Inc. are licensed by the Alabama Department of Mental Health or the Alabama Department of Youth Services. The Bridge, Inc. is a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider. No person will be refused admission due to an inability to pay for services. The Bridge does not charge an admission fee for any of our programs.
The Maples - The Maples accepts teenage girls ages 13-18 with trauma, mental health, substance use and/or disordered eating.
Village Behavioral Health - Louisville, TN - Residential treatment center for adolescents ages 13-17 with a primary substance use disorder diagnosis.
