The Opposite of Addiction is Connection.
Thank you for joining us for End Addiction HSV!

The weather could not have been more perfect for the 5th End Addiction HSV Walk at Big Spring Park. Thank you for supporting Not One More Alabama and our mission to lift the stigma associated with substance use disorders and provide support for anyone impacted by the disease of addiction.

The 2022 End Addiction HSV Walk was a tremendous success from the 40+ treatment, recovery and family support resources to our outstanding keynote speaker Lauren Sisler, to the FREE lifesaving Narcan given away, to the Circle of Hope Recovery Countdown. What an emotional highlight to see that recovery IS possible and it is beautiful. We sincerely believe that someone who is struggling with the disease of addiction can see at events like this that support is available to anyone. The number of people, families and friends walking together through Big Spring Park on a beautiful August morning is testimony to that.

We especially want to recognize and thank our volunteers. Without you, we could not pull off an event like the End Addiction HSV Walk. We hope you enjoy the video below produced by Drew Callner of Callner Creates and the photos taken by Roger Patteson with Type 2 Photography.

Guest Speaker Lauren Sisler

We could not have been happier with our guest speaker Lauren Sisler who is a Multinational Award-Winning Sports Broadcaster for ESPN and the SEC Network. Lauren candidly shared how the disease of addiction changed her family forever, and how she learned to unlock the shackles of shame and use her struggles to help someone walk out of the shadows.
