Bradford Health Services -Madison - 28 day detox and treatment.  The inpatient treatment program offers adults an opportunity to heal mind, body, and spirit through a variety of individual, group, and family therapies in a relaxing and calming environment.  

Bradford Health Services - Warrior - Residential inpatient and extended care program provides a full continuum of care from detox to long-term support. Also included are medication assisted treatment, outpatient and PHP programs.

​Cumberland Heights - Main Campus Located in Nashville, TN.  12-step based residential and outpatient alcohol & drug rehab program.  Multiple programs from detox, outpatient, residential and 12 Step Immersion and sober living. 

Discovery Place - Burns, TN - Intense 12 Step immersion during the 30 day residential recovery program. Located just outside Nashville, TN.  Sober living facilities in nearby Dixon, TN are available also.

Impact Recovery Center - Odenville, AL  - 12 Step Immersion Drug and Alcohol Program in AL.  

Longleaf Recovery & Wellness - Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), and Outpatient (aftercare) locations in Huntsville, Birmingham and Spanish Fort, AL. Longleaf offers a full continuum of care - addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Clients served include adolescents, adults and senior adults.

Journey Pure Emerald Coast -   Located just off scenic route 30A in Panama City Beach, FL., JourneyPure Emerald Coast  provides drug or alcohol detox and rehabilitation treatment as well as co-occurring, or dual diagnosis, mental health services. 

Magnolia Ranch Recovery -  Pulaski, TN. co-ed residential program provides clients with continued care and supervision after completing a formal detoxification. During the residential rehabilitation phase of treatment, clients are immersed in ongoing, seven day a week, therapeutic treatment, and are provided with a balance of group, individual, and outdoor-based therapy. 

The Reprieve for Men - Opelika, AL 6 month - 1 year intensive program - 12 Step Immersion
